š¾ Meet Our New "Farm-ily" Members
First up, weāre thrilled to introduce Macey, our newest gentle giant. Macey is a stunning Scottish Highland heifer, approximately 5 years old, with a heart as big as her fluffy coat. She came to us from Nevada and may (or may not) have been exposed to a bull at her previous homeāso stay tuned⦠there may be a fuzzy little surprise in the future! For now, sheās settling in beautifully and quickly becoming a ranch favorite with her calm nature and soulful eyes, however she isn't used to the love of humans and isn't quite ready to be cuddled! She is a work in progress!
And speaking of Highland cattle, meet Palisadesāor Sadie, as we call her! This sweet baby calf came to us from our friends at Brichetto Cattle Co, and sheās already stolen our hearts. She got her name during a very special moment: while our founder Angie was deployed to assist with the Palisades and Eaton firesĀ in Los Angeles, she knew this brave little girl deserved a name that symbolized strength and resilience. Welcome to the ranch, Sadie!

š Nonprofit Status ā We're Almost There!

Weāve officially submitted all paperwork to become a 501(c)(3) nonprofit animal rescueāa huge step forward for Freedom Ranch Rescue! Thanks for our amazing donar who completely funded this new adventure for us! We're now just waiting on our approval letter.
